
Chicken with Rise and Carrots

Cut the onion and the garlic in small pieces. Adjust heat on number 7. Use a pot , add oil the chicken the onions and the garlic. Saute for about 10 minutes,
until chicken gets brown. Now add the water, the salt, the pepper, the tomato paste, the knorr, the thyme and the rosmary. Cook for another 50 minutes. Now add the rise and cook for 15 minutes. Rise will absorve all water unless you need to add more but not much. When done turn of the heat and let it covered for a bit.
