
Spetsofai – Homemade Sausages with Peppers

First chop onions and garlic in very small pieces. Cut the sausage in 5 or 6 pieces. Use a pot, add the oil and the heat on number 7. Place inside the onions, the garlic and the sausages. Brown them for 5 minutes and then add the water. Cut the peppers and put them in the pot. Also, add the salt, the pepper, the chilli peppers, the cube of chicken knorr, the sugar and the wine. Cook for another 40 minutes. After 45 minutes add the rise. Cooking time it should be about an hour. When you add rise check if it needs more water and make sure it won't stick on the pot.
