Cut the potatoes, the carrot, the celeries, the onion, the garlic in small pieces. Adjust heat to number 7. Use a pot, add the oil and put onions, celeries, carrot and garlic inside cook for 5 minutes. Add the water. I would raise heat temporarily on high, when it boils reduce the heat on number 7 again. Cook for 30 minutes. Meanwhile add the knorr, the sage, the rosemary, salt and pepper.
Now add a cup of milk. Now will need to prepare the flour. Use a cup and add a tablespoon of flour and 3 tablespoons of water and whisk so flour is creamy, you might need to add more water. When our soup start boiling again put inside the flour and whisk for a bit. After the 30 minutes of cooking I would cook for another 10 minutes and stir occationally. When is done serve when is hot.
