Linguine with meat sauce
Cooking Method
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 cloves carnation
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  1. Directions

    Cut onions, garlic, dill, parsley. Adjust heat on number 7. In a pot put oil and the onions and garlic. Cook for about five to sevet minutes and add ground beef. Use a wooden spoon and try to remove the lines of the meat. Stir occasionaly. When the meat gets brown then add the water, the tomato paste, the salt, the pepper, the cinnamon, the carnation, the bay leaves,
    the dill and the parsley. Cook for an hour and check if we need to add water or not. In the meantime on another pot put four cups of water and adjust heat on high. When water is boil lower heat on 8 and place linguine in the pot, cook for fifteen minutes. When linguine is done add cold water and let seat for another five minutes. Drain pasta and after put them in a plate. On top add the meat sauce and serve.
