Instructions

  1. First lets cut the onions. Next, turn the heat on the stove to number 7. Put olive oil and place all onions into the pot. Cook for about 15 minutes. Preheat stove to 375 F for about 10 minutes. After that use a pan and place inside all onions the raisins, the tomato paste, the water, the pepper,  the sault, and the fish. Mix all of them. I have included a picture with a black pan. Put into the stove and cook for 30 minutes. Next lower the heat to 350 F and cook for another 30 minutes.
    Enjoy!!!

"First time I made this recipe. The older times my mom used to cook this dish and always on March 25th which is the Annunciation of Mary. Most famous dish in Greece is haddock with dip of garlic. Dip of garlic comes into two versions either with potato or bread. Middle of Greece people use dip with bread.
Now this recipe comes from middle of Greece but only few villages make it this way.
Many are not familiar with this recipe although now days many know about this. Easy to make as long as you like onions".
