Eggs with tomatoes
Cooking Method
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tomatoes (crushed tomatoes)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • sprinkle of pepper
  1. If you use tomatoes pill them. I used a can of tomatoes full and crushed ones.
    Basically 2 recipes.
    Use a pot and put all ingedients inside except eggs. When it boils for 5 minutes then add the eggs. When you break the eggs dont stirr them otherwise will break. Now some they might like this recipe with scrambled eggs is your choice if you like them like that. Eventually I will post that recipe in the future.
    Cook for half an hour, if you use fresh tomatoes cook for an hour it takes time.
