
Fish with celery, leeks, dill, lemon

First lets cut the onions, celery, garlic, leek (use the white part only) in small pieces. Next, turn the heat on the stove to number 7. Put oilive oil and place all onions into the pot, the garlic and the celery. Cook for about 15 minutes. Then add the salt, the pepper, the water and the dill. Cook for another 10 minutes and then add the fish the dill and the lemon juice. Cook for another 15-20 minutes.
