
Gabbage with Ground Beef

Instead of doing gabbage rolls which takes time I decided to make them this way since I like them alot. Another time will make them with tomato paste.
First cut the gabbage in small pieces not really small. Cut the onions, the garlic and the dill. Heat on 7 and use a big pot. Add the olive the onions, the garlic and the ground beef. Break the meat with a wooden spatula. It might take up to 10 minutes but make sure all crumbles are brown no pink. When this is done add the water, the salt, the pepper, the dill and cook for 50 minutes. When this is done add the rise and cook for another 15 minutes. I think I used one more cup of water but because we use rise it should take care the water. When is done taste it. I had to sprinkle more salt and pepper, bassically this is pretty much 3 servings.
